Congratulations to Chad Sayles for being the first person to obtain the OpX Bronze One Voice Ready Certificates! The One Voice Ready Certificate Program provides recognition for individuals and companies who embrace OpX Leadership Network solutions. Chad is the Director of Corporate Engineering with Hormel Foods Corporation and is a highly valued member of the OpX Executive Council. Chad passed both the Requests for Proposal and Factory Acceptance Test assessments and was presented with his certificates at the PMMI Annual Meeting this year in Cincinnati, Ohio.
The OpX Leadership Network's One Voice Ready program aims to help close the workforce development and skills gap issue, aid in onboarding personnel for both CPGs and OEMs, improve alignment, communication and connections between CPGs and OEMs and create a pool of engaged individuals for development of additional OpX Leadership Network work products.
