NEXUS, organized by BEMA, provided an excellent platform to showcase and expand the reach of OpX's latest work product: Hygienic Equipment Design for Low-Moisture Foods. Over the course of two days, Carlos Quintero and Tom Egan had the opportunity to present twice, reaching a targeted audience of experts and suppliers in the baking and low-moisture food equipment sectors. Their insights yielded valuable feedback for future revisions. The OpX team is eager to participate in upcoming events to continue this collaboration and engagement with industry leaders.
